Remix OS for PC Beta is out

Jide announced at the Mobile World Congress that its Beta version of their Android based Remix OS was going to be released on the 1st of March, they stuck by their word and released the public Beta available for download here.

Remix OS is based on Google Android which allows you to run all your favorite apps from the Google Play Store on your PC.  I tried Remix OS when the Alpha version was released on the 13th of January 2016 and I have to say that it is sleek and fun. I will post instructions on how to install and use Remix OS, you might turn your old PC that is collecting dust into an Android beast.

The public Beta comes packed with new features including Over-The-Air system updates, supports 32-bit ROM, better compatibility with Linux Kernel 4.4. You can also install the OS on your hard disk , faster boot-up with support for 1080p displays.

Here are sneak pics of how the Operating System looks.
